We hold these values and qualities to be important in accomplishing our mission:
Loving – We want to be a branch that exemplifies the Great Commandment in all we do.
Involved in church and community – We believe we should be an example in our churches and communities of the joy that comes in knowing our Lord.
Victorious – We believe our worship should be a celebration of the joy of the victory we have in Jesus.
Inviting – We believe that as saints grow in their relationship with Christ, they should be encouraged to reach out to others in their witness of Jesus Christ.
Nurturing – We believe the body of Christ must be nurtured through consistent prayer, scripture study, accountability, care, and training.
Gladsome – We believe that we should be a people who demonstrate the joy of the Lord in our lives..
Helping in service – We believe that helping others shows the love of Christ in a real and tangible way.
Order – We believe in the consistency of the Lord’s work and that the Bible, the Book of Mormon, and the Doctrine and Covenants are the standards by which we discern God’s direction. By studying the Word of God, we find how we can know and glorify God.
Preparing – We believe this life is a time to prepare to meet God and part of this is learning to live in humility and love. It is also a day of preparation for the return of Jesus Christ to the earth.
Encouraging – We believe the association of the Saints in which we are known, cared for, held accountable, and encouraged in our spiritual journey is essential. This association is in recreation, friendship, and worship.
